へ　means "at" or "to"
for example, I will go へ　the market.
in English, same meaning is almost "toward"

some times, へ　means "dear" in the top of letters.
for example, サイさんへ　means dear Saiy.

ユニークのヌードルから、赤いは美味しいです。
If I translate above in English,
the red is tasty from the noodle of unique.


I guess you wanna say it as:

the color of the soup is strange ( unique ) though its taste is good.
個性的な色ですが、美味しいですよ。

or
