Rad na



Rad na is a Thai-Chinese noodle dish. It is made with stir-fried wide
rice noodles; a form of meat such as chicken, beef, pork , garlic, straw
mushrooms and gailan. The dish is then covered in a gravy made of stock
and tapioca starch. It is seasoned with sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar,
and black pepper. There are variants, including using rice vermicelli instead
of the wide noodles, and using fried thin egg noodle, with the gravy poured on to soften it.

Chiang Mai is Thailand’s second largest city. It is 438 miles (700 kilometers) north of Bangkok and many people believe that is far better living in Chiang Mai than in Bangkok.
When a visitor comes to Chiang Mai the first time, they are always awed and taken aback by the splendor of Doi Sutep Mountain which is part of the ring of mountains that surrounds Chiang Mai city. The Doi Sutep Mountain is 3,051 feet high and on the peak of the mountain is a temple which is considered to be the guardian temple of the city. The temple is called Wat Prathat Doi Sutep. The shining pagoda of the temple can be seen from any given point in the city and the temple is the holiest of all temples in Chiang Mai.

In order to reach the temple, one has to drive 17 kilometers through a national park. The temple entrance is guarded by two serpent images and then there is a climb up 300 steps to reach the actual temple. This climb can be difficult for the elderly and the inactive. However, with little effort and patience, the climb can be made.

The temple was built in the 16th century. Unfortunately not much of the temple’s original architecture is present today. However, the visit to the Doi Sutep is well worth the time and effort as the temple is extremely spectacular. The gleaming pagoda is in close-up is quite magnificent and breathtaking.

3 KINGS MONUMENT

If you visit Chiang Mai, don't forget to worship The 3 Kings Monument.
The 3 kings are;
- King Ramkhamhaeng of Sukhothai Kingdom
- Phaya Ngammuang of Payao
- Phaya Mungrai of Lanna Kingdom ( Lanna was a kingdom in the north of Thailand )

This monument is located at Chiangmai. Depicting the three kings in a friendly stance, this is one of Chiang Mai's most important monuments. Celebrations often take place in the square beside the monument in the center of the old city.



  

On Friday, I came back to the home.
I saw two childens, they were playing a music.
He was playing the Khaen, the instrument consists of a carved
wooden windchest, through which are inserted a number of bamboo
pipes packed closely together in two rows. They asked to me that
earn money to help their family. I gave 20 bath for them.

On Sunday, I went to Chatuchak Market with my friend.
It's the largest market in Bangkok, Thailand,
Someone called J.J. The market offers a wide variety of products.



We went by MRT ( Kamphaeng Phet Station ). Then, you can go to
there by bus, Mo Chit (หมอชิต) Skytrain (BTS) station, Taxi.



There are a lot of people visit here. They're walking around the market.

The culture of the people of the Lanna Kingdom has believe in Buddhism. Lanna is located in the north of Thailand. The people believe sin, hell, heaven, and even of the life after, which they believe is determined by one's past deeds.
Tung means Flag. The material used to make the tung it from wood, cloth or paper to brass.There are many different appearances and uses for the tung. The tung was used by the reigning, present of the fistival. There are many opportunities in which tung can be observed such as LoyKrathong Festival, Songkran Festival, and another festival.
